Past Campaigns

Mental health affects everyone, but reaching people in ways that feel authentic, urgent, and empowering requires more than just good intentions. It takes nuance, cultural resonance, and community care.

Whether leading grassroots initiatives or co-creating large-scale campaigns with creative agencies and forward-thinking brands, we build mental health awareness projects that spark genuine conversation and dismantle stigma. Explore some of our work below and get in touch to see what we can build together.

#DealWithIt

Outline of two fists bumping each other in a fist bump gesture.

For International Men’s Day in 2022, we wanted to drive attention to the importance of men’s mental health and encourage them to open up and seek help.

In Singapore, societal pressures that expect men to be “emotionally strong” have led to men internalising their mental health struggles. As a result, the #1 reason why men won’t seek help for their mental health is because “they’ve learnt to deal with it”. But self-reliance does not mean self-therapy. We wanted to encourage men to deal with their mental health, just not alone.

This film was produced in partnership with BBH Singapore, Freeflow Production and Fuse Adventures in Audio.

#SheSpeaksSheListens

In collaboration with Coehl Collective, we filmed conversations with women on topics that affect women’s mental health: from the roles we find ourselves playing in relationships, the words we speak about ourselves, and the ways we listen to others.
