Our Vision

To break the stigma of mental health in Asia, so that people can get the help they need

Our Mission

To normalise mental health in Asia

Our Story

Calm Collective is a mission-driven organisation that is normalising mental health in Asia. The organisation was founded in April 2020 as a response to Singapore's COVID-19 lockdown, to support working professionals through practical mental health strategies.

Calm Collective x Community

The heart of what we do lies in serving the community. In doing so, Calm Collective’s core team and volunteer community work towards normalising mental health in Asia by:

  • Curating programmes including regular talks and the CalmCon well-being festival

  • Creating mental health content, producing bite-sized tips for social media, blog articles, and the Calm Conversations podcast

  • Providing group peer support through the Calm Circles peer support programme

Calm Collective was selected as the Youth Co:Lab champions for the Youth Action Challenge Season 2 supported by the National Youth Council (Singapore), CVC Capital, Citi Foundation, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Calm Collective x Corporate

In scaling our impact, Calm Collective partners with corporate organisations to normalise mental health at work by:

  • Driving mental health awareness through curated talks and workshops

  • Building employee skills to support well-being, through training for peer support and managers

  • Providing consultancy around programme management and communications to help foster a culture of psychological safety for well-being
