What is an inclusive workplace?

Employees with mental health conditions bring valuable skills, perspectives, and strengths to the workplace. Yet stigma and outdated assumptions often stand in their way.

True inclusion means fostering a culture of psychological safety, where people can be open about their needs and challenges without fear of judgment.

An inclusive workplace:

  • Provides mental health training and actively promotes available resources

  • Cultivates inclusive flexibility and sustainable ways of working

  • Incorporates mental health into policies and practices

It’s not about having all the answers. It’s about creating an environment where every person feels safe, valued, and able to contribute their best work.

At this in-person workshop, gain hands-on strategies and tools to support mental health at work. Join us to turn inclusion into everyday practice, and leave with an action plan to support employees with mental health conditions.

  • The webinar and workshop will be led by:

    • Sabrina Ooi (Calm Collective Asia Co-Founder)

    • Florence Lee (SOAR Co-Founder)

    Using psychological principles and frameworks, as well as personal experience, they will be sharing tools and strategies to create more inclusive workspaces.

  • No, you can sign up for the workshop regardless of whether you have attended the webinar.
