In this session, Jen will guide you through a gentle vinyasa flow which will focus on body awareness, finishing off with a relaxing meditation from Zenme, perfect for destressing after a day of work. The session will play on this page directly and won't be hosted on Zoom. Although it won't be interactive, Jen will provide plenty of variations that you can use to adapt to your individual body. Make sure that you have your props with you - blocks or books, straps or belts/scarves, pillows, and blankets. Remember to listen to your body!
