Jen is a co-founder of Zenme, a bespoke meditation services business. She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200H) with experience in meditation and mindfulness, chakra and energy body, and pranayama techniques. She has been a practitioner for over five years and teaches hot vinyasa yoga in Barcelona, Spain. Jen is also a lawyer, writer, and artist. She works to empower individuals through body and mind awareness.
